We operate by our Quality Control Manual which is written based on
ISO 9002 Standards and meets MIL SPEC 45208A. We have a 600 square
foot controlled environment inspection room for both machined parts and
electronic assemblies.
We are equipped with pin gauges from .011" to .750"; bore gauges up to 8", Depth and Height gauges up to 12", O.D. and I.D. Micrometers up to 8",
Shadowgraph comparator, surface roughness testers, Rockwell hardness
testers, and 3 foot x 6 foot surface plate. All required instruments are
calibrated & certified with NIST traceable gauge blocks.
